Peppermint Bark


Things have been crazy lately, and for that I apologize. The good news is that we’re only a few days away from Christmas and I have the perfect simple and delicious recipe for you to enjoy the Christmas.

What You’ll Need…

1 White Chocolate Melting Wafers
2 Peppermint Candy Canes

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Place the unwrapped candy canes in a zip-top bag and break into pieces using a rolling pin.

Place the melting wafers in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 20 seconds. Stir the chocolate, if it’s not melted all the way microwave again in 10 second increments, stirring in between.

Once the chocolate is fully melted spread it evenly on the parchment or sil-mat and sprinkle the peppermint pieces on top.

Allow the chocolate to set fully before breaking into pieces.
