It’s
been a while since I’ve posted a recipe, but I promise this one is worth the
wait… Everyone loves waffles, my one year old loves waffles, and everyone that I
know that isn’t allergic to it loves peanut butter. So, why not combine the two…
What
You’ll Need…
1
½ Cup All-Purpose Flour
3
½ Teaspoon Baking Powder
1
Teaspoon Salt
1
Tablespoon White Sugar
1
¼ Cup Milk
1
Egg
3
Tablespoons Butter (Melted)
½
Cup PB2 Peanut Butter Powder
In
a medium mixing bowl whisk together all of the dry ingredients.
Add
the butter, then the milk, and then the eggs. Mix until combined, but do not
over mix.
Add
the desired amount of batter to a greased waffle iron and allow to cook until
cooked through. Repeat until the batter is gone.
Enjoy
with syrup or with Nutella!
