The
last two months were crazy and crazy busy. I have some “spare” time now these
days which means I will hopefully be able to regularly share delicious eats
with you all again.
This
week I have a twist on traditional recipe and it is awesome.
What
You’ll Need…
2lbs
Ground Meat
1
Egg
½
- ¾ Cup Oats (Or cornmeal/bread crumbs/other binder)
½
Teaspoon Season Salt
½
Teaspoon Garlic Powder
½
Cup Barbecue Sauce
Add
all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine using your hands to mix.
Divide
the meat mixture in half and place each half on a greased piece of foil.
Press
the meat mixture out until it is about ½ inch thick.
Wrap
the foil around the meat completely.
Place
the foil packets on the grill and allow to cook.
They
should take about 15-35 minutes to cook, depending on your grill’s temperature flip
the packets half way through.
Allow
the meat to rest for about 5 minutes after removing it from the grill.
Slice,
serve and enjoy!
