Allergen Free Brownies

I just recently made these brownies for a party and didn’t tell people that they were allergen free until after they had eaten them. It went over well. These brownies are just as good, if not better, than regular brownies.

What You’ll Need…

Soft Earth Balance Butter, for greasing the pan
Gluten Free Flour, for dusting the buttered pan
8 Teaspoons Egg Replacer
8 Tablespoons Water
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
8oz Melted Dairy and Soy Free Earth Balance Butter (2 Sticks)
11/4 Cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
½ Cup Gluten Free Flour
½ Teaspoon Salt
6oz Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips

Start out by greasing and flowering your pan. Also Pre-heat your oven to 350.

In a small bowl combine the water and egg replacer.

In a large mixing bowl combine all the remaining ingredients except the chocolate chips. Once the batter is combined mix in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into your greased pan, make sure that the batter is evenly distributed.

Bake at 350 for 30 – 45 minutes.

Check with a toothpick to ensure that they are cooked through.

Enjoy alone or with ice cream.
