Vidalia Onion Slaw



This slaw is different than any other slaw you’ve ever had. It’s fresh, sweet, crunchy and fruity. It’s great on its own or on a fish taco.


What You’ll Need…

1/3 A Head of Iceberg Lettuce (Thinly sliced)
1 ¼ Cups Broccoli Slaw
½ Cup Frozen Corn
½ Cup Pineapple (Cut into small bite-sized pieces.)
¼ - ½ Cup Virginia Brand Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing


Saute the corn in a skillet until warmed through. While the corn is warming thinly slice the lettuce and cut the pineapple into small bite-sized pieces.

Add all of the “dry” ingredients to a bowl and toss together. Add the dressing, starting with ¼ Cup, and adding more if needed. Combine until the slaw is lightly coated.

Allow to sit for at least 20 minutes so that the flavors can marry.

Enjoy as a side or in a fish taco.
