Pigs in a Blanket

Looking for something quick, simple, and delicious for dinner? Well, these pigs in a blanket are just the thing. We always have some scratch-made pizza dough in the freezer and that’s what we use for this recipe.

What You’ll Need…

1/8 – ¼ Fresh Pizza Dough Ball
1-2 Hot Dogs Per Person (Or as many as you would like.)
Cheese (Any kind you like.)
Flour (For the counter/board)

Pre-heat your oven to 350.

Sprinkle some flour onto the surface that you are going to roll out the dough on. Divide the dough so that you have a ball of dough for each hot dog.

Roll out the dough into a 3x3 square, do this one to two at a time.

On each dough square sprinkle or place the cheese of your choice and place a hot dog on top of the cheese. Roll the dough up and pinch the seam so that it stays closed.

Once all of the dogs have been wrapped in dough place them on a greased baking sheet and bake until the dogs and dough are cooked. About 12-15 minutes.

Dip in ketchup or mustard and enjoy!
